If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Independent Driver Assistance & Non-Affiliation
Never Forget System operates strictly as an independent UK driver assistance, compliance monitoring, and penalty prevention platform.
NFS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), Transport for London (TfL), or any UK municipal council. All statutory vehicle obligations remain the sole legal responsibility of the registered vehicle keeper or driver.
- • MOT renewals and valid test certificates must be verified directly with official DVSA/DVLA records.
- • Vehicle Excise Duty (Road Tax) payments and SORN declarations must be completed via official GOV.UK channels.
- • Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and Clean Air Zone (CAZ / ULEZ) fees must be paid directly to the issuing authority.
3. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities
You may use Never Forget System solely for lawful personal or authorised commercial fleet compliance management within the United Kingdom.
- • You must only enter UK vehicle registration marks (VRMs) that you own, lease, manage, or have lawful permission to check.
- • You must not use automated scrapers, bots, or bulk extraction tools against our registration lookup or penalty calculation interfaces.
- • You are responsible for ensuring your notification settings, email address, and mobile alert permissions remain active and up to date.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While Never Forget System strives to provide accurate, timely reminders for MOT expiry, Road Tax (VED), parking timers, 14-day PCN discount windows, and Clean Air Zone boundaries, all alerts and previews are provided on an 'as-is' advisory basis.
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, Never Forget System and its founder shall not be liable for any statutory fine, Penalty Charge Notice, vehicle clamping, points, or consequential loss arising from missed deadlines, delayed notifications, or third-party data delays.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, interface designs, the Four Pillars of Driver Protection framework, branding, logos, text, and graphics on neverforgetsystem.com are the intellectual property of Never Forget System and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
